Crestpoint combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience implementing technology inside complex legal environments.
Founder & Principal
Christian Long is a Legal AI, innovation, and legal technology leader with more than a decade of experience working inside the legal industry. His work has focused on helping attorneys and firm leadership translate emerging technology into practical improvements in how legal work is performed.
His experience spans Legal AI strategy, enterprise deployment, workflow development, knowledge management, vendor evaluation, technology implementation, change management, attorney training, adoption, governance, and measurement.
Christian has led and supported initiatives ranging from firmwide AI rollouts to highly targeted practice and client workflows — scaling Legal AI from pilot to broader deployment, working directly with attorneys to identify workflow opportunities, designing custom AI-enabled legal workflows, and coordinating across vendors, technology teams, leadership, and users.
His work has also included building training and enablement programs, establishing adoption and performance measures, evaluating competing legal technologies, supporting governance and responsible AI initiatives, and connecting knowledge management with AI strategy.
Partner & Technical Advisor
Amanda Long is a technical advisor specializing in enterprise integration, model post-training, workflow automation, and agentic AI systems. She brings deep technical expertise in how large language models actually work — from activation-level behavior to deployment architecture — and translates that knowledge into practical guidance for organizations building with AI.
Her work spans enterprise AI integration, custom workflow development, agentic system design, and technical evaluation of AI platforms and capabilities. She helps Crestpoint clients make technically grounded decisions about AI implementation, automation architecture, and system design.
Point of View
Our approach to Legal AI begins with the work itself — understanding what attorneys are trying to accomplish, where work slows down, what information they rely on, which tools already exist, what barriers affect adoption, and what outcome would justify the investment.
Only then should technology become part of the answer.
Crestpoint was founded to help legal organizations approach AI with greater clarity, stronger execution, and a deeper understanding of how lawyers actually work.
